Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original MILITECH packaging to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received at our facility, our team will inspect the gear and process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
